Heard Shri C.R. Thakur, Advocate for the applicant and Shri A.D. Sonak, Additional Public Prosecutor for the non-applicant/State.

The applicant is arrested on 17.10.2015 in crime registered against him for the offences under Sections 302, 506, and 498-A of the Indian Penal Code. According to the non-applicant, the marriage between the applicant and victim was solemnized in 2007. The incident has taken place on 3.8.2015. The investigating officer relies on the statement of neighbour which shows the involvement of the applicant in crime. According to the non-applicant, the victim suffered 68% burn injuries, but her dying declaration could not be recorded as the doctor had not given fitness certificate. The charge-sheet is filed. The investigation is complete. The non-applicant has not been able to show .....2/-

ba256.16 that the custody of the applicant is required for further investigation. Considering the facts of the case, in my view, the applicant is entitled to be released on bail. Hence, the following order:- The applicant, having been arrested in Crime No.500 of 2015 registered by the non-applicant, he be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond for Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) and two solvent sureties in the like amount.

The applicant shall regularly attend the Sessions Trial on every date unless granted exemption by the Sessions Court.

The criminal application is allowed in the above terms.
