DATED : JUNE 12, 2015.

Heard Shri V.S.Giramkar, the learned advocate for the petitioner. None for the respondent. The learned advocate for the petitioner has pointed out that the similar challenge arising out of the order passed in civil suit filed by the respondent landlord against some other tenant has already been rejected by this Court in Writ Petition No. 3087 of 2013 by the judgment dated 29th July, 2013.

I have gone through the above mentioned judgment. The same reasoning will apply to the present matter. I find that the impugned order is proper and does not require any interference.

The writ petition is dismissed. In the circumstances, the parties to bear their own costs. JUDGE RRaut..
