Caste claim is stated to be pending.

Learned A.G.P. upon instructions is seeking time of one year to decide the same.

This Court has already granted interim orders on 08.04.2015 and protected employment of petitioners.

In this situation, without observing anything on the merits of the controversy, we grant time of one year to the Committee for

Order 1104wp1960.15 deciding the caste claim of the petitioners. Petitioners to appear before the respondent no.3 on 09.05.2016 and to abide by its further instructions in the matter.

With this direction, Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
