By this application, respondent no.1 seeks permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant. 2.

Since 75% of the amount deposited by the appellant has already been permitted to be withdrawn by the respondent in similar appeal arising out of same award, respondent no.1 is permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount alongwith accrued interest thereon, upon furnishing usual undertaking to the registry.
