DATED : JUNE 18, 2019 Heard Mr. Thengre, learned counsel for the applicant. Applicant filed second appeal before this Court, challenging the judgment and decree passed by the Court below. The appeal was under office objection. Though, time was granted by the learned Registrar to remove the office objections within the stipulated period, the office objection was not removed. Office note shows that copy was filed but beyond the time. Time has expired on 24.01.2019. Since, the registration of the second appeal was refused and application for setting aside the order passed by the learned Registrar dated 10.01.2019 is filed, however, there is a delay in moving the said application, Hence, the application for condonation of delay is filed. For the reasons stated in these two applications, the applications are allowed. Order dated 10.01.2019 refusing the stamp of the second appeal is hereby set aside. The applications are disposed of. Office to take further steps in the matter.
