Heard Shri Parchure, learned counsel for the applicants/ petitioners. Shri Adgokar, learned AGP for respondent Nos. 1 to 3.

Nobody appears for respondent Nos. 4 & 5.

The application is within time. Shri Parchure, learned counsel states that the applications made in other matters have already been allowed and the petitions have been restored.

However, it is not very clear whether the direction to pay cost contained in the order dated 23.03.2016 is complied with by the Zilla Parishad. This issue can be looked into when writ petition is taken up for further consideration. Subject to such consideration of payment of cost, we recall the order dated 23.03.2016 and Writ Petition No.5882 of 2012 is restored back to file. Shri Adgokar, learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 3 after restoration.
