WRIT PETITION NO. 1981/2023 3] It is submitted by the petitioner in-person that in view of amendment to paragraph 4(a) of the guidelines in the matter of re-employment, the petitioner has been found ineligible since he is not drawing pension. It is submitted that in response to the employment notice issued by respondent No.1 for the post of Officer incharge Polyclinic, the petitioner had applied but his name was not shown in the list of candidates who were shortlisted for this reason.

4] Issue notice to the respondents, returnable in three weeks.

6] Any appointment made pursuant to the employment notice dated 18/1/2023 on the post of Officer in-charge Polyclinic would be subject to the outcome of the Writ Petition.
