Mr. Mandpe, learned counsel for applicants, Mr.Rao, learned A.P.P. for non applicant no.1-State and Mr.Anjankar, learned counsel for non applicant no.2. Mr. Rao, learned A.P.P. has filed reply in which, in paragraph no.4, a statement is made that investigating officer has completed the investigation and filed charge-sheet before the trial Court.

Mr. Mandpe, learned counsel for applicants submits that though copy of reply is not served on him, relying on the statement made in the reply filed by the State, he wishes to withdraw the present application with liberty to file an application for discharge before the competent Court.
