DATE :- 31st MARCH, 2023 The petitioner seeks to raise a grievance with regard to the eligibility of the respondent nos. 4 to 35 in operating the mid-day meal scheme in the Corporation Schools run by the respondent no.2. In that regard, the petitioner has made a complaint to the Education Officer, Education Department of the Corporation on 12.09.2022. However till date, it is submitted that no cognizance of the said complaint has been taken.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent nos. 2 and 3, who are represented by Shri S.M.Puranik, learned counsel, to consider the aforesaid complaint dated 12.09.2022 in accordance with law and take a decision thereon. The necessary steps be taken within a period of four weeks from the receipt of copy of this order.
