APRIL 6, 2016 This is an application for modification of condition (c), which reads thus:

"(c) The applicant shall not enter the limits of Sironcha Taluka, Dist. Gadchiroli till the trial is over." Seen the FIR in which the prosecutrix states that she resides at Moyabinpeth, Tq. Sironcha, Dist. Gadchiroli, which is, as contended by learned counsel for the applicant, at a distance of 80 Km. from Sironcha. In view of above, condition no.(c) is modified as under.

"(c) The applicant shall not enter limits of Moyabinpeth till the trial is over and he shall report to Police Station Sironcha."

Rest of the conditions are kept as it is.

Criminal Application No.408/2016 is disposed of accordingly.
