Ms Bhondge, learned Assistant Government Pleader, appears for the respondent nos. 1 to 4 and waives service of notice. Notice to respondent no.5 is dispensed with since the order proposed to be passed is innocuous.

It is the case of the petitioners that they are working on the posts of 'Head Master, Lab Operator, Peon and Cook, respectively. According to them, their services are approved, however they have not received their dues including that of salary and other benefits for which the representations are pending with the respondent authority. 4.

Our attention is invited to the representations post their absorption, which are produced at Annexure-9. 5.

In this background, we deem it appropriate to permit the petitioners to appear before the Additional Commissioner, Tribal Development, Nagpur Division, Nagpur, along with the copy of petition with annexures, on 21.04.2025.

The Additional Commissioner shall communicate its decision to the petitioners within a period of four weeks from the date of appearance of the petitioners before him.
