DATED : 14 th August, 2019 This petition is filed by the original plaintiffs to challenge the judgment and decree passed by the learned District Judge, remanding the matter to the trial Court with directions to the trial Court to proceed with the matter from the stage of cross-examination of plaintiffs' witnesses. Learned Advocate for the petitioners/ plaintiffs has pointed out that the order passed by this Court on 27.03.2019 by which this Court considering the anxiety expressed by the plaintiffs that the defendant would protract the matter, directed the trial Court to proceed with the trial of the civil suit expeditiously and to decide the civil suit till 15.06.2019. Advocate for the petitioners has fairly submitted that in view of the above order, the petitioners are not pressing the petition and seeks permission to withdraw it.
