DATE : 03/04/2023 This is an application filed under Section 24 of the Civil Procedure Code, seeking transfer of matrimonial proceedings from the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Chandrapur to the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Achalpur.

Considering the matrimonial dispute it was referred for mediation. During the mediation, parties have amicably settled their matrimonial dispute and decided that the non-applicant husband to pay Rs.30 Lakhs to the applicant wife, as full and final settlement, which is already paid.

The applicant wife and non-applicant husband when pursuing their petition for passing the decree of nullity in the Hindu Marriage Petition No.74 of 2022, it is agreed that parties shall be free to get married at their own choice in future, if they desire. In view of the said settlement between the parties, this application is to be disposed of.

Accordingly, application is disposed of in terms of the settlement of the parties.

Learned trial Court may consider the request of the applicant wife and non-applicant husband regarding the decree of nullity of marriage in view of the said settlement.
