DATE: 17.08.2022 We passed the following order on 1.8.2022:

"The learned AGP Mr. K.L.

Dharmadhikari has handed over across the bar communication dated 17.6.2022 addressed to the Head Master of respondent 5 by the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Nagpur, which is taken on record and marked "Exhibit-A".

2.

This Court expects that the payment shall be made to the original appellants, as per the entitlement decided by the Education Officer, within the next

two weeks.

3.

If the payment is not made within the next two weeks, the amount shall carry interest @ 6% (Six Percent) per annum.

4.

Stand over to 17.8.2022."

We are informed by the learned AGP Mr. K.L.Dharmadhikari that since the Management has not forwarded the bills, the grant is not released. 3.

We direct the Management to pay the petitioners their dues within two weeks.

Simultaneously, the Management shall also submit the bills, which shall be processed and grant released, if permissible, within the next thirty days.

5.

The petitioners shall refund the amount of grant received by them which may be deposited in their account directly to the Management within three working days. Considering that the writ petition is filed in the year 1996, we expect the Management to scrupulously implement our direction to make the

payment to the petitioners as is found due and payable by the Education Officer.

6.

If the payment is not made as directed above, the President and Secretary of the Management shall remain personally present on the next date of hearing.

7.
