CORAM : B.P.DHARMADHIKARI AND P.N.DESHMUKH, JJ.

DATED : JUNE 10, 2015.

Heard respective counsel.

Perused the order dated 15th of May, 2015 passed by this Court. This Court in vacation has granted parole till today. Petitioner had sought extension of 30 days to his parole leave. He was released on 20th of October, 2014 on parole for 30 days and he sought 30 days' extension to that leave.

Main grievance of the petitioner was that order refusing extension was received by him after he exhausted his leave and reported back.

In view of this prayer and the order mentioned supra, we direct petitioner to surrender back on or before 20th of June, 2015. With this direction Criminal Writ Petition is disposed of. Counsel charges fixed at Rs.1500/-.

JUDGE JUDGE Chute.
