By order dated 27 January 2020, the Petitioners have sought leave to transpose the Petitioner Nos.2 and 3 as the Respondent Nos.3 and 4.

Now an application for amendment is filed seeking amendment in the body of the Petition. We have perused the application for amendment. According to us, the role of the Petitioner Nos.1 and 4, being an Institution, to be re-numbered as the Petitioner Nos.1 and 2, is different from the transposed Respondent Nos.3 and 4, being the employees of the Petitioner Nos.1 and 4 - Institution and, therefore, merely changing the

10.02 wp1767 of 2020.odt number of the Petitioners in the body of the Petition will not suffice. For the reason that the Petition as initially filed proceeds as a joint cause of all the Petitioners. Therefore, amendment is not the appropriate action to be taken.
