The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to amend the petition so as to delete the prayer clause (B) and instead incorporate a prayer seeking the protection of the services of the petitioner in view of the law laid down by the Full Bench in the judgment, reported in 2015 (1) Mh.L.J. 457 (Arun Vishwanath Sonone v. State of Maharashtra).
