The petitioner has filed a report to the Police on the basis of which crime has been registered vide Crime No. 305/2023 registered with Police Station Saoner, Tah. Saoner, Dist. Nagpur for the offence punishable under Sections 143, 336, 354, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is petitioner's grievance that though the crime was registered, the Police did not make any investigation, hence petitioner's urge for change of investigation.

The learned APP pointed that communication dated 11.09.2023 issued by the Investigating Officer to the petitioner informed that after investigation, the Police did not find any material to file final report, hence summary report is filed to the Magistrate.

The learned APP to take instruction and to inform particular of the summary report filed to the Magistrate.

Stand over to 03.05.2024."
