DATED : 28-07-2025 Applicant/respondent No. 2 has filed this application to permit her to withdraw the entire compensation amount of her share deposited by the appellant, for which the learned Advocate for the appellant has objected.

Having considered the reasons disclosed in the application and the fact that respondent Nos. 1 and 3 have already withdrawn the compensation amount of their share, I do not find any substance in the objection raised by the learned Advocate for the appellant in that regard.

Hence, the application is partly allowed, the applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- on her furnishing a usual undertaking.

The Registrar (J) is directed to transfer the amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- along with proportionate accrued interest thereon in her bank account, within four weeks, on her furnishing the usual undertaking and bank account details to the registry.
