Prayer is to permit the claimants to withdraw the amount of compensation. The appellant has deposited 75% of the decreetal amount as directed by this Court. Perused the judgment of the Reference Court.

50% of the amount deposited is permitted to be withdrawn on filing an undertaking that in case the appeal is allowed, the said amount shall be repaid with interest at such rate the Court may direct. The remaining 50% amount deposited is permitted to be withdrawn on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial). Civil application is disposed of.
