Vide order dated 5th July, 2024, application was granted to amend the application in view of filing of charge-sheet. There is a specific direction to the applicants to carry out the amendment on or before 22nd July, 2024.

Today, when the matter is come up before this Court, it is informed that amendment is not yet carried out. 3.

It appears that the applicants are not serious about the present matter and that is the reason that for about eleven months applicants did not comply the order or carry out the amendment in SKNair

29-apl-354-20.odt the present matter. Since, the First Information Report is under challenge and charge-sheet has been filed during the pendency of the present application, the application has become infractuous. 4.

Accordingly, application is disposed of with liberty to the applicants to file afresh application if they desire to challenge the charge-sheet.
