Heard Shri Parsodkar with Shri Balpande, learned counsel for the applicants/ petitioners, Shri Fulzele, learned Additional GP for respondent Nos. 1 & 2 and Shri Patil, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 3 to 5.
The name of the deceased - Petitioner No. 4 is allowed to be deleted at the risk of the petitioners. The necessary deletion be carried out within one week. CAW NO. 518/2015 AND PURSIS ST. NO.
3832/2015 The prayer is to expedite hearing of Writ Petition. It is requested that the application as filed on behalf of Respondent No. 4 - deceased should be read as request on behalf of Respondent No. 5 in the light of pursis.
After hearing respective counsel, we find that the petitioners claim benefit of Government
2004caw761.15 Resolution dated 06.02.2006 and fixation of wages accordingly. The complaint is, they are getting meager wages.
As the petitioners are getting wages, we are not inclined to expedite the hearing at this stage. Application as also pursis is rejected.
Liberty to the petitioners to move appropriate application after six months.
