Respondent No.3-Hari Nawale expired on 07/03/2018. Copy of death certificate is annexed. The present application is filed in time. The appellants are permitted to bring on record the legal representatives of deceased-respondent No.3.

Necessary amendment be carried out. The application is disposed of.

Civil Application [CAS] No.396/2021 :

Heard the learned Counsel for the applicants/ appellants.

This Court as per the order dated 12/03/2000 was pleased to refer the matter to mediation by learned

sa.135.14 2/2 Judge, Tahasil Pusad, District Yavatmal. For doing the mediation, the record of the suit is required. This is a joint application. Hence, the order :

i.

The Office is directed to send the record of Regular Civil Suit No.8/1996 to the Court of Civil Judge Junior Division, Pusad for facilitating the mediation.

ii. The learned Mediator is directed to complete the mediation within the statutory period and then send the record to this Court.

iii. The application is disposed of.

iv. The matter be kept after eight weeks.
