Learned counsel appearing for respondents make statement that cognizance of report lodged by the petitioner against respondent no.3 is already taken and in Crime No. 119/2015, charge sheet is already filed against respondent

Order 0812wp252.16 no.3 under Section 324, 502 and 506 of Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners is seeking time to verify these developments. However, in view of the responsible statement made by the respondents, keeping all contentions of petitioners open, we dispose of the present proceedings as infructuous. No costs.
