Challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the order dated 10/02/2014 passed by respondent No.2 under provisions of Clause-15 of the Maharashtra Kerosene's Dealer's Licensing Order 1966.

On behalf of the respondents, a preliminary objection is raised that against aforesaid order, a remedy of revision is available under Clause-15 before the State Government.

Considering the availability of remedy of revision before the State Government, the petitioner is permitted to avail said statutory remedy. If said revision application is filed within period of six weeks from today, the same shall be considered on merits without insisting for the delay to be condoned and shall be

Writ Petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
