The petitioner has simply seeking implementation of order dated 11.10.2018 passed by the Assistant Charity Commissioner in Enquiry No.21 of 2017, whereby the directions were issued to hold the elections.

The petitioner seeks for withdrawal with liberty to make a representation to respondent no.1 Joint Charity Commissioner, Amravati for implementation of the order.

In view of the above, petition stands disposed of since withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. 5.
