DATED : 20-08-2016 By this application, the respondent-land owner seeks permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellants.

The respondent had filed Civil Application No.1794/2009 on which an order was passed on 31-07-2009 permitting the respondent to withdraw 50% of the amount and it was directed that the balance amount be kept in Nationalised Bank.

In view of the above order, the prayer made in this application cannot be granted.

The civil application is dismissed.
