According to her, there is inaction on the part of the respondentBank in denying the monetary benefits regarding the difference in salary and pension as per the 12th Bi-Partite Settlement Agreement. Since the issue has still not been decided by the respondent authorities, they are directed to treat the present petition as a representation and decide the same within a period of ten weeks from today. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to produce a copy of order passed today before the authorities within a period of two weeks from today.
