The State has filed reply. In paragraph 8, the authorities have pointed out that on several occasions, the petitioner was given an opportunity to have conversation with his near and dear through video calling.

In view of this reply, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he wishes to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition in future, if occasion arises.

The statement is accepted.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
