Date : 27 th March, 2017 This application is moved for extension of time to furnish the bank guarantee. The bank guarantee to be furnished is of Rs.3,55,000/-.

Shri Ahmed, the learned counsel appearing for the applicants/petitioners, has expressed certain difficulties of the applicants/petitioners in furnishing the bank guarantee in respect of the entire amount, but submits that the bank guarantee for an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- can be furnished today itself and the bank guarantee for the balance amount within a period of one month from today.

In view of above, the applicants/petitioners are directed to furnish the bank guarantee for an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- before the Small Causes Court on or before 31-3-2017. The bank guarantee for the balance amount shall be furnished within a

2703caw788.17.odt period of one month from today. It is only upon compliance of this order, the lower Appellate Court shall proceed to hear the parties on merits. Till the bank guarantee for the entire amount is furnished, the question of hearing of the appeal filed by the applicants/petitioners does not arise.

On these conditions, the execution shall remain stayed. Put up this matter on 27-4-2017 to find out the compliance of the order.

Steno copy of this order be furnished to the learned counsel for the applicants/petitioners to act upon. Judge.
