The petitioner who is working as an Assistant Teacher pursuant to the selection process initiated prior to the cut-off date 31-12-2005, as such, her services governed by the old pension scheme. According to the learned Counsel for the petitioner, already a representation was moved before the respondent no.4, which is pending since 28-02-2024. It is stated that on 31-03-2024, the petitioner is already superannuated.

In the aforesaid background, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition.

Notice issued to private respondent is dispensed with.
