This is an application for transfer of proceeding bearing PWDV No. 282 of 2023 pending on the file of 7th Joint Civil Judge Junior Division and Judicial Magistrate First Class, Amravati to the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Nagpur.

It is stated that the non-applicant wife is residing at Nagpur. She has filed the D. V. Act proceeding before the Court of Magistrate at Amravati. The applicanthusband has also filed petition for restitution of conjugal right before the Family Court at Nagpur. Husband is a teacher. The wife is a nurse in the Government Medical College at Nagpur and she is residing at Women's Hostel

Learned Advocate for the non-applicant-wife submits that the transfer of D. V. Act proceeding from Amravati to Nagpur would be convenient for wife as well. In view of this, I pass the following order.

O RDER (1) The Misc. Civil Application is allowed.

(2) The proceeding bearing PWDV No. 282 of 2023 pending on the file of 7th Joint Civil Judge Junior Division and Judicial Magistrate First Class, Amravati be transferred to the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Nagpur.

(3) The civil application stands disposed of, accordingly. No order as to costs.
