This is an application by applicants/respondent Nos.1 to 9 for withdrawal of amount lying before this Court.

Upon applicants' executing an undertaking

1547.17ca (2) to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, the applicants are permitted to withdraw 80% of amount deposited with this Court. 4.

Accordingly, civil application is disposed of.

Paper book be filed within a period of six months from today, failing which, the appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
