Hearing was conducted through Video Conferencing and the learned counsel for the parties agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper. The application filed by the petitioner on 06/08/2020 to the Additional Collector, Gondia for renewal of license of sand trading is not yet decided. Shri Fulzele, learned A.G.P. submits that directions can be given to decide this application by the Collector in the light of the instructions dated 08/07/2020 issued by the Revenue and Forest Department of the State Government, and the order dated 28/08/2020 passed in Writ Petition No.

1966/2020.

In view of above, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Collector, Gondia to decide the application dated 06/08/2020 within a period of two weeks from today. All questions are left open.
