Heard learned counsel for the applicant to some extent, perused the investigation papers, and I have shown my disinclination to grant of bail considering the victim is a minor girl, who was subjected for forceful sexual assault by the present applicant.

Permission is granted to withdraw the present application. The criminal application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file after receipt of DNA Report.
