This is an application for condonation of delay. 2.

The present application is preferred challenging the order of the Special Judge, Pusad who has rejected the application for bail. The learned counsel appearing through Video Conferencing submitted that due to lack of communication between the accused and his counsel as he is behind the bar, the delay is occurred. Considering the reasons mentioned in the application which is sufficient and satisfactory, the delay is condoned. Appeal be registered. CRIMINAL APPEAL NO. OF 2025:
