By order dated 06.01.2025 the applicants are already permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.2,00,000/- for which the non-applicant has no objection for withdrawing the said amount by the applicants. However, the Registry has not disbursed the amount as there is difference in the name of guardian of the minor and the applicant no.1 also became major.

In view of that, the affidavit is filed by the guardian as to her name that she is the same person though her name is mentioned as Shaziya Aiman and Rabiya Aiman. Moreover, now the applicants have attained the age of majority.

Therefore, the Registry shall disburse the amount to the applicant no.1 be given, as she has attained the majority and the amount of applicant no.2 be given to the

Stand over after two weeks.
