The applicants are in Jail since 18-01-2017, major part of the investigation is over and charge-sheet is also filed. Therefore, I am of the view that this application deserves to be allowed.

The application is allowed and it is directed that the applicants be released on bail in Crime No.156/2017 registered with Police Station Ramnagar, Chandrapur for the offences punishable under Sections 65(e) and 83 of the Maharashtra Prohibition Act on each of them furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.25,000/- together with one solvent surety in the like amount, on the following conditions :

(i) The applicants shall not enter Chandrapur District till the elections of the Municipal Council

2 ba292.17 are over i.e. till 19-04-2017, barring the date of attendance given by the trial Court.

(ii) The applicants shall co-operate with the trial Court in expeditious disposal of the trial.
