Heard Mr. Khedkar, learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 4, 5, 8, 9 and 10/applicants. He prays for extension of the order passed by this Court on 27.02.2020 staying effect of the judgment rendered on that day, for further reasonable period of time on the ground that the extra ordinary situation that the nation is passing through at this juncture, would warrant such extension of the interim relief granted by this Court.

The prayer is opposed by the learned counsel appearing for respective petitioners.

2/2 CA st. No.6059.20 in wp 2471.19.odt I find that not enough promptitude has been shown by these respondents/applicants in approaching Hon'ble Apex Court and, therefore, no further extension can be granted in the matter.
