Request is opposed on the ground that enhancement is on a higher side. As the amount in deposit is Rs.1,07,469/- the respondent No.1 is permitted to withdraw aforesaid amount subject to furnishing undertaking that in case the appeal is allowed, said amount shall be repaid with interest at such rate the Court may direct. C.A. is disposed of.
