The petitioner seeks to amend the writ petition so as to challenge the order dated 27.05.2020 refusing to renew his licence for undertaking sand excavation activity.

The amendment as prayed for is granted. The amendment be carried out forthwith. The Civil Application is disposed of.

W.P. NO. 1425/2020 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner desires to avail the statutory remedy available for challenging the order dated 27.05.2020. The writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.

The interim order granted on 12.05.2020 shall operate

22.11.2022.CAW.832.20 for a period of fifteen days from today and shall cease to operate automatically thereafter.
