DATE : 07.04.2016 By this writ petition, the petitioner has sought a direction to the Scrutiny Committee to decide the caste claim of the petitioner.
Shri Ukey, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the Scrutiny Committee states, on instructions received from the Research Officer of the Scrutiny Committee at Amravati, that the caste claim of the petitioner is verified and a caste validity certificate has been issued in favour of the petitioner.
In view of the statement made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, the grievance of the petitioner should stand redressed.
We, therefore, dispose of the writ petition with no order as to costs.
