To be heard along with F.A. Nos.544/15, 545/15 and 109/15. C.A. No.695 of 2015 Prayer is to permit the claimant to withdraw the amount of enhanced compensation. Request is opposed on the ground that enhancement is on a higher side.

Considering the evidence available on record, the claimant is permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited in this Court subject to furnishing usual undertaking. Remaining 50% of the amount deposited is permitted to be withdrawn subject to furnishing solvent surety to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial).
