Yesterday, the matter was on Board, however as none appeared for the appellant, it was kept today as last chance.

This is an appeal seeking for cancellation of bail. In past due to nonprosecution, the appeal was dismissed for default. However, at the instance of appellant, it was restored. Despite that the appellant remained absent on 23.08.2021 and again yesterday on 08.09.2021. Today also, no one appeared for appellant. It is quite apparent that appellant is not

Order 12apeal232 interested to prosecute the matter for cancellation of bail. I find no reason to entertain this matter on merit.

In view of above, appeal stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
