Heard learned counsel for respective parties. HMP No. 12/2018 was filed by the non-applicant before the 4th Joint Civil Judge S.D. Nagpur to the court of Civil Judge, S.D.Gondia for restitution of conjugal rights.

During the course of hearing the matter was referred for mediation. The matter has been amicably resolved between the parties due to the efforts of Mediator-Mrs.M.S.Naik. The report dated 23.07.2018 with regard to the successful mediation is placed on record, which is taken on record and marked as Exh."X" for the purpose of identification. The agreement of settlement filed by the parties, is taken on record and marked a Exh.X-1. Both the parties as well as their Mediator have signed the agreement of settlement. The parties along with their Advocates are present before the Court. They admit the contents in the said agreement. Both the parties state that they are residing together at Khaparkheda.
