DATE : September 22, 2017 By this application, it is prayed that the decree passed by the trial Court for partition and separate possession be stayed during pendency of the appeal. By order dated 16/06/2017 ad interim stay was granted so as to enable the respondents to file reply to the stay application. Though sufficient time has been granted, no reply has been filed. Hence, during pendency of the appeal the execution of the decree with regard to field survey Nos.36/7 and 39/1 at village Dhaga shall remain stayed.
