It appears that the grievance of the petitioners is substantively redressed inasmuch as during the pendency of the petition, respondent 3-Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Nagpur has granted onward approvals to the appointments of the petitioners as Assistant Teachers with effect from 04/07/2017. 02] Learned Counsel Mr. Zibhkate for the petitioners would submit that the only grievance which may survive is the non-payment of honorarium as Shikshan Sewak from 05/07/2014 till 03/07/2017, and the regular salary from 04/07/2017 till date. According to Mr. Zibhkate, the Education Officer or the appropriate authority shall have to release the salary grant.

03] According to learned A.G.P. Mr. Rao, the surviving grievance can be considered by respondent 2-Deputy Director of Education, Nagpur Division, Nagpur. Nothing is brought to our notice as would be an impediment in the payment of honorarium and salary since the

14.wp.2027.20 2/2 appointment as Shikshan Sewak was approved, and now the onward approval is also granted. However, considering the submission of Mr. Rao, we direct the respondents to ensure that the entire process is complete and the dues of the petitioners are paid within the next eight weeks.
