Learned Assistant Government Pleader waives notice on behalf of respondent Nos.3 and 4. C.A. No.694 of 2015 Prayer is to permit the claimants to withdraw the amount of enhanced compensation. Request is opposed on the ground that enhancement is on a higher side.

Considering the evidence available on record, the claimants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited in this Court subject to furnishing usual undertaking. Remaining 50% of the amount deposited is permitted to be withdrawn subject to furnishing solvent surety to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial).
