Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 6th April 2021 directing issuance of Non-Bailable Warrant, original applicant No.4-Shraddha Pawan Rathi and original applicant No.5-Pawan Madan Rathi are produced. Shri Parag Bezalwar, Advocate appears for the original applicant Nos.4 and 5 and prays that they be released on P.R.Bond.

Considering the facts of the case, specially that specific undertaking was given to this Court in Criminal Application (APL) No.117 of 2018 but is not complied till date, and looking to the conduct of the original applicants, as is clear from the orders passed by this Court earlier, following order is passed:

2 appp720.21.odt i) Applicant No.4-Shraddha Pawan Rathi and applicant No.5-Pawan Madan Rathi, having been arrested and produced as per the order passed by this Court on 6th April 2021, they be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond and furnishing cash security of Rupees One Lakh each.

ii) The amount of cash security shall be deposited with the Registry of this Court.

iii) Original applicant No.4-Shraddha Pawan Rathi and original applicant No.5-Pawan Madan Rathi shall also furnish undertaking that they will remain present on every date before this Court, unless granted exemption by this Court.

The Criminal Application No.720 of 2021 is disposed in the above terms.
