Chandurkar, Advocate was appointed as Mediator. Accordingly, parties appeared before Mediator and as per report dated 19.12.2019 submitted by the Co-ordinator, Mediation Centre, High Court, Nagpur, mediation is successful. Parties to this application have executed consent terms/settlement deed, which is duly signed by the parties as well as advocates and the learned Mediator. Both learned counsel submit that applicant and non applicant are personally present in the Court and they are identified by them. They submit that this application be disposed of in terms of consent terms.

The prayer is accepted. The application is disposed of in view of the consent terms/settlement deed dated 17.12.2019.
